HAPPY FULL MOON IN CAPRICORN!

HAPPY FULL MOON IN CAPRICORN

on Thursday, June 28, 2018, at 12:53 AM EDT.

With our Sun in Cancer (private life, home and nurturance) opposite our Moon in Capricorn (public life, career, reputation, accountability), this Full Moon will illuminate conflicts between home and career, private and public life, calling us to find balance between our families and our careers. The Moon is all about our emotional body, so be prepared over these next two weeks for strong feelings to arise out of these conflicts. We need to express ourselves carefully with compassion and love. Tanishka, The Moon Woman, also says... "This full moon will be conjunct (appearing on top of) Saturn, the ruler of Capricorn. So we may observe our Dad in our own patterns of behaviour or hear his words coming out of our mouths as we parent or as our internal dialogue. So do consider how you are like your Dad in embodying both his strengths and weaknesses or alternatively overcompensating to prove you are nothing like him or trying to win his approval. This is a great time to identify any limiting beliefs you took on from your Dad that are subconsciously causing you to project a pessimistic outlook, overwork, doubt your abilities or be hypercritical of yourself or others. And do keep in mind we may feel extra sensitive to criticism about our work around this time or to comments by authority figures or the men in our lives. So if you get triggered, give yourself the gift of time to what unhealed wounds you need to take your own authority back by being responsible for your own healing to avoid reacting by rebelling like an angry teen. Time to Step Up and Be Accountable

Ultimately Saturn challenges us to take responsibility – for ourselves and the impact of our actions or lack of action. With Saturn retrograde this is a great window to reflect upon how we may avoid responsibility and how that impacts others. For example, are your work colleagues feeling resentful they have to work twice as hard to compensate for you not sharing equally in all the tasks that need to be done to build a vision in the physical world? If we’re not pulling our weight we can expect to be called out this week and asked to step up so we’re not a burden on others! Whether we’re building a marriage or a project, if we neglect our responsibilities we inevitably create a parent/child dynamic. This erodes trust and sexual attraction in intimate relationships and in work environments it affords one more party more authority which creates an unbalanced power dynamic. Either way, no one wins." see: https://themoonwoman.com/astro-forecast/

Wishing you and yours abundant blessings!
