Letting Go and Remembering the Truth of What We Are

Today's channeling had to do with two issues for me. First: I've been really drawn to the latest Marvel movie, "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings". I've seen it three times! And I'm not even a Marvel fan. I'm a Star Trek fan. :) But there are some very powerful scenes and teachings in the movie and I was curious and wanted to know more about that. And second: I was upset last night when my pup cornered a rat in the back yard and I could hear its cries of pain. I was able to get my pup to leave it, but didn't quite know what to do with the rat. I "hate" rats, not really, I guess. I'm just afraid of them. They're fine as long as they're not in my house, like the one I had last year that had gotten in under my addition. Not in the house, thankfully, but did have to leave out a bait with poison in order to hasten its demise. So this poor little one... I talked to it, apologizing for my pup and telling it not to be afraid; I wasn't going to hurt it, but I didn't know what to do. It was definitely in pain. I wasn't sure if it would live, but thought at least it needed the chance to be able to get away and recuperate, if it could, so I dropped it over the fence into the grassy laneway. Also thinking that if it didn't live, then some other creature would find it. I think the crows did today. Its little cries last night still bothered me today...

You've seen it 3 times so far and may go again. That is fine.

And don't worry about the rat that your pup caught last night. We know you heard the cries of pain. Hard to hear. Know that you did your best, putting it over the fence into the laneway. This gave it more time to rest in peace before letting its body go, gifting it to others who needed food and nourishment. Such is the cycle of life. Its spirit is free and grateful for your compassion.

All is well, little one. Everything is as it should be. All is love. All is loved. All is LOVE. Amen! A'ho and so it is. We are complete. So complete."
