New Moon in Pisces: A Lesson in Patience and Moderation

On March 13, our Pisces Moon enters the New Moon phase at 5:21 a.m. EST. It's a time of planting seeds and new beginnings. It's a time of deep listening to the messages that our Soul has been trying to give us. It's time to slow down and go inward, to trust our intuition and feelings.

We may find ourselves revisiting lessons that we thought we had learned. Pisces invites us to go deeper. Perhaps there's something that we are being invited to do differently this time. Don't be afraid of drowning. Pisces reminds us that we don't have to suffer alone. All we have to do is ask for the help that we need, reaching out to the Divine, to our spirit guides, our angels, a friend, a family member, a colleague.

This card reminds me that patience will bring me into recognition of and alignment to my purpose. All my needs are met even though I may not see it yet in the outer, visible world. The angels are looking out for me. Moderation in all things is required right now.

This card is known as Temperance in traditional tarot. Note the demure woman holding her heart and the clock on her heart. It replaces a breast. So we are nurtured by time. We are invited to surrender to time. It's time to allow, to allow what is. Our heart, our mind, our body and our soul travel at different speeds, and sometimes we want to go at the speed of the fastest one. What we need to be doing is to slow down to the speed of the slowest one. So if our heart is saying it's not quite ready, we need to slow down a bit. We need to listen to our body, to our mind, to our heart, to our soul, and get back on Spirit's time. Moderation. All in Divine timing.

An important lesson during this New Moon in Pisces. During this time of planting seeds and new beginnings, patience and trust is very much needed as we wait for these precious seeds to grow. Trust Spirit. Remember it's not all up to us. We play an important part, but we are co-creators WITH Spirit, and with Spirit, all things are possible.
