Surrender...Open. Allow. Receive.

Surrender. It's not about giving in or giving up. It's not about winning or losing or having to battle with clenched fists to make things "right".

It's realizing that you're not alone, that there is a Power greater than yourself that you can turn to, and to open, allow and receive. It's about praying with open hands, allowing the Creator to take away what you no longer need and to gift you with abundant blessings, receiving in gratitude and joy.

It's about discovering the Divinity within you, that power that has remained hidden for so long under layers of mistrust, disbelief, fear, anger, shame, unworthiness, unlovableness. It's time to have the eyes to see and the heart to know, to open and allow.

When was the last time you gifted yourself with time to rest and relax, with time to eat a delicious meal, with spending time with loved ones or nurturing yourself and taking care of what your body needs? To breathe deeply. To be still, even for a few minutes. To listen to your heart and soul.

You are a blessing and you are blessed.

Open, allow, receive. You are Love. You are Loved. You are Lovable.
